If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. topONLINE ORDERING SECURITY We take the security of your on-line transactions very seriously. Your credit card number is encrypted (scrambled) with state-of-the-art technology so that no one else can read it. Your credit card transaction is cleared in seconds through our secure server. Thanks to encryption, we believe that online ordering is now safer than giving your card number to a telephone operator, or handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant. There is no safer way to make a purchase.
topSHIPPING POLICY The cost for shipping is directly tied in to real time FedEx and USPS shipping rates. Your rates are quickly determined once your zip code is entered. Orders that weigh less than 13oz ship USPS. Orders over 13oz ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. The majority of products ship from our main warehouse in Louisville, KY, while some items ship from other warehouses throughout the country. Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS or can be sent via e-mail. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and have the order to your door within 5-7 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
